Chinese Red Cross Foundation TIENS Charity Fund

Initiated by philanthropist Li Jinyuan, President of Tiens Group, TIENS Charity Fund is a fund focused on public welfare sponsored by TIENS staff and the Chinese Red Cross Foundation. With an initial capital of RMB 10 million, the fund was founded in April 2005 and aims to improve school conditions, promote the development of primary education in poverty-stricken and minority areas, and assist school leavers. The Chinese Red Cross Foundation is responsible for fund management of the TIENS Charity Fund. As a donor, TIENS supervises and audits the funds.

TIENS Education Assistance Program, a project of TIENS Charity Fund has donated funds for building 20 Tianshi BoAi Primary Schools in 20 provinces. TIENS insists on the principle of timely assistance, and aims to improve school conditions, promote the development of primary education in poverty-stricken and minority areas, and assist school leavers.

TIENS Charity Fund reflects the generosity of TIENS President Li Jinyuan and the TIENS staff. Through the TIENS Charity Fund, TIENS hopes to build a socialist harmonious society in response to the government's call.

TIENS Western China Talent Cultivation Program is an education program launched by TIENS Goup and the State Ethnic Affairs Commission of PRC to assist in the construction of Western China. The program aims to improve school conditions, and promote the development of primary education in Western minority areas. With the initial capital of RMB 5 million, CRCF TIENS Charity Fund will build 20 middle & primary schools for minorities in Western China.
